Unfortunately, I have lost friends and family members due to my stance on abortion. I always let others know that I am willing to talk about abortion anytime. This is something that I care about so deeply and that I want others to understand, but sometimes, people are so wounded that they refuse to talk to you and cut you out of their lives because it’s easier than learning and accepting the truth.

Many people I know have believed all of the lies from the abortion industry and truly think that abortion is the best option for women because they don’t actually know what abortion does. My heart breaks for these people as they are also victims of the abortion industry. It’s all in God’s timing, so I always let them know that I love them so much that I have to tell them the truth, and if they are ever willing to have a peaceful conversation, share their beliefs, and listen to mine, the door is always open.

When we're with our friends and family, the last thing we want to do is rock the boat. Disagreeing with the people we love seems so scary to us because we fear being misunderstood and mischaracterized. In light of our fears, it's important to remember that you may be the key to shifting peoples' perspectives on abortion. You may be the only person to lovingly share the pro-life message in your loved one's life. You may be the only one to gently disagree when everyone else calls the unborn a "clump of cells". And you may be the only one to provide support and encouragement when someone experiences an unexpected pregnancy. Over time, the people in your life will think differently about abortion because of your faithful witness. So, don't be afraid to boldly and kindly stand up in defense of the unborn.

This is such a beautiful and inspiring story from Gianna, Protect Life Michigan�’s club president at Northern Michigan University!

Gianna recruited her younger siblings to help her show respect for the young lives lost through abortion.

Once again, an ambulance has been called to the Ann Arbor Planned Parenthood. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence for this abortion clinic.

In 2024, an ambulance was called six times to that location, and that is only accounting for the days there were pro-lifers there to see it.

Abortion is not a safe and easy procedure. Not only does every “successful” abortion take an innocent life, but there is a high risk the mother's life could be in danger as well.

There is an obvious disconnect between the way Americans talk about women with wanted pregnancies and those with unwanted pregnancies. The beautiful baby growing inside of a mother who is 6 weeks along deserves the utmost care and protection when the pregnancy is wanted. However, that same child becomes a worthless "clump of cells" when the pregnancy is unwanted.

This vocabulary shift has been designed and perfected by the abortion industry, leading to the most vulnerable in our human family being slaughtered by the millions.

Ever since the fall of Roe v. Wade, the political climate around abortion has been frustrating. The media has had an ongoing fear campaign convincing the public that pro-life laws endanger women's lives. Some conservatives are retreating from the issue, leading to the GOP nearly wiping the pro-life stance from their party's platform. While some in the GOP run from it, the Democrats run ON abortion, with radical abortion access as their central issue in the election cycles.

The climate we are in is hostile to the pro-life stance, which makes it clearer than ever that pro-lifers cannot put our trust just in politics. It was never enough to merely vote pro-life, but that's even more apparent now that it isn’t clear if we will have a pro-life party to vote for in the years to come.

In times like this, I remember that the crucifixion came before the resurrection. Things seem dark right now, but we are still in a much better place now than we were under Roe. And even if it feels like the tide has shifted against us, I have hope that God is working in this season. Maybe this is the wake-up call that will bring more pro-lifers into the fight or inspire groups to find better strategies for public persuasion. I don't know what God will bring through this, but I know He can use anything for his glory.

Our hope was never in politics; it is in Jesus and through the Holy Spirit that we win this fight.
